Fleet Maull at Wonderwell: Radical Responsibility™: A Pathway to Personal Freedom, Self-Empowerment & Authentic Relationships.

 Friday, September 20, 2013 -  5:00 pm
 to Sunday, September 22, 2013 -  2:00 pm

Radical Responsibility, a forthcoming book by Acharya Fleet Maull, challenges us to awaken from the fog of victimization, blame, and self-imposed limitations in order to achieve genuine personal freedom and create authentic and powerful relationships in our personal and professional lives. Through Radical Responsibilitywe choose freedom and self-empowerment by consciously choosing to take 100% responsibility or ownership not only for what we clearly create in life but also for whatever shows up, regardless of any apparent connection to our own actions. In this provocative weekend program, Acharya Maull will draw clear distinctions between genuine responsibility and the shame-based blaming of self and others that dominates our culture, while challenging the audience to look at all the ways we give away our power and freedom and compromise our authenticity in everyday life. Radical Responsibility is grounded in the recognition of our own innate, basic goodness and worthiness. Throughout the weekend, we will engage in contemplative practices and experiential processes designed to help us connect with and develop greater confidence in our innate goodness and worthiness, giving us the resilience we need to step up to the challenge of Radical Responsibility and embrace a life of authenticity and genuine personal power. This contemplative, experiential workshop will introduce participants to a wealth of practices and skillful means for realizing their limitless potential as awake, responsible, and authentic adult human beings.

Acharya Fleet Maull has been developing and leading innovative trainings in integral, transformative and mindfulness-based approaches to effective communication, authentic leadership, team building and organizational and social change for the past 25 years. In this intensive, experiential workshop, participants will be introduced to an integrated set of transformative communication, leadership and community building skills and practices while cultivating greater personal resilience, empathy, compassion and emotional & social intelligence. The training will include mindfulness-awareness meditation instruction and practice, experiential exercises, coaching and small group discussions. This weekend is ideally suited for anyone who wants to actualize their potential for a truly powerful, and purposeful life, both personally and professionally. Those working as leaders, managers, teachers, counselors, coaches, and change agents will find this training immediately applicable to their professional practice.
